Course Summary

The UF/IFAS Farm Labor Supervisor Certification program is a comprehensive curriculum designed for farm labor contractors, growers, and agricultural employers who oversee workers involved in farm production, harvesting, packing, and transportation activities. This self-paced online course provides essential knowledge of legal compliance, worker protections, and farm labor management best practices. Upon completion of all 10 modules, participants are eligible to sit for the UF/IFAS Farm Labor Supervisor Certification Exam proctored by our third-party partners, Agriculture Education Services and Technology, Inc. (AEST).

How This Course Prepares Participants for Certification

Completion of this course is a required prerequisite for the Farm Labor Supervisor Certification Exam administered by AEST. All 10 modules must be completed before participants are eligible to take the certification exam. The course content is aligned with industry objectives including worker protections, recordkeeping, transportation, housing, pay compliance, and labor contractor requirements. Participants gain the foundational knowledge and regulatory awareness necessary

to pass the certification exam and demonstrate their commitment to worker safety and H2A program compliance in their roles as farm labor supervisors in Florida’s agricultural industry.
